Comfort Clarity Advisors LLC provides remote HVAC advisory services only. We are not a licensed mechanical, plumbing, or electrical contracting company. We do not install, repair, service, replace, or maintain HVAC equipment. We do not perform physical labor, pull municipal permits, handle physical tools, supervise on-site work, or conduct licensed home inspections. All services are advisory and educational in nature. Clients and their contractors retain full responsibility for on-site safety, physical work, licensing compliance, permit requirements, and all final decisions. Our primary service area is New Jersey.
Comfort Clarity Advisors does not provide guidance on life safety emergencies including gas leaks, carbon monoxide alarms, electrical fires, or any condition presenting immediate risk to life. In such situations leave the premises immediately and call 911. Our services are not available for emergency situations.
The Single Consultation is $179, one-time, non-recurring. Payment is collected at the time of booking through Stripe. Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time, no-shows, and consultations that have already commenced are non-refundable. To request a cancellation or refund, contact consult@comfortclarityadvisors.com with your booking confirmation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Comfort Clarity Advisors Plan 1 ($179/month, up to 30 homes) and Plan 2 ($299/month, 31–75 homes) are monthly recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, the property manager agrees to a 3-month minimum commitment from the subscription start date. Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month commitment period has elapsed will not be processed until the period ends; billing continues during this time. After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel at any time by contacting consult@comfortclarityadvisors.com. No refunds are issued on monthly fees already billed. Included consultations and quote reviews do not roll over month to month. Additional consultations beyond the monthly allotment are billed at $119 each (Plan 1) or $89 each (Plan 2). Comfort Clarity Advisors LLC total liability for any claim arising from a Single Consultation or a subscription plan shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; property damage or personal injury resulting from actions taken or not taken based on advisory guidance; or acts or omissions of any third-party contractor or maintenance staff. We do not guarantee specific repair outcomes, cost savings, or that equipment will function as expected following any recommended course of action.
Comfort Clarity Advisors LLC is fully independent. We are not affiliated with, employed by, or receiving compensation from any HVAC manufacturer, distributor, contractor, or equipment dealer. We do not accept referral fees or commissions of any kind. Our only revenue comes from fees paid directly by clients.
Clients who subscribe at a current published rate are grandfathered into that rate for the duration of their continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the then-current rate applies. Future price changes apply to new subscribers only.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. By booking a consultation or subscribing to a plan you agree to these terms in full. Comfort Clarity Advisors LLC is a registered New Jersey Limited Liability Company.
